3. Data protection
Article 13 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation and Swiss data protection law gives every person the right to privacy and protection from the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data are treated as strictly confidential and are neither sold to nor shared with third parties, subject to the exceptions set out under para. 5 and para. 6. With the exception of the hosting of the Ticketshop website (see para. 8), our website is hosted by the SNM itself. We do everything we can to keep your data safe from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or tampering. When you access the website, the following information is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser query and general transferred information about the operating system or browser. These usage data form the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, to enable us to identify trends we can make use of to enhance the experience we offer. When you contact us voluntarily, your contact details will be added to a separate database that is not associated with the anonymous log files. You can cancel your registration at any time.
4. Newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter using the form on the website. To subscribe to the newsletter, you are required to provide the following information: title, first name, surname and email address. You may also provide additional information that is not strictly necessary but which enables us to provide a more personalised service. Each newsletter we send allows you to change, edit or delete information you provided when registering. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included in all our newsletters.
5. Right to information and deletion
You have a right of access, free of charge, to your stored data and to correction, blocking or deletion of these data, unless we have a legal obligation to retain such data. Please contact us by email concerning this matter.
